Channel marketing
is a maze.
I know the way through.
I work fractionally with Australian MSPs, tech vendors, and integrators who need a senior channel marketer — without the full-time hire. Weekly, fortnightly, project, or leave cover.
Built for the businesses I’ve spent two decades inside.
If your buyers are vendors, distributors, partners, or end-user tech accounts in ANZ, we already speak the same language. No briefing me on what MDF is.
Australian MSPs & Integrators
You have vendor relationships you’re not maximising. MDF is going unclaimed. HubSpot workflows are undefined or half-finished. You run events but can’t tell the CEO what they returned.
Tech Vendors selling into ANZ
You need someone on the ground who understands partner-led motion. Not a full-time channel marketing hire, but a senior operator who can run programs end-to-end across distributors and resellers.
Tech companies needing leave cover
Your marketer is going on parental or extended leave. You need someone who can step in, keep the engine running, and hand back cleanly — not someone who’ll need three months to learn the ropes.
Senior channel marketing, done properly.
Not generic “content and social.” Specific, hard-won capabilities from 20 years inside Australian tech. These are the things most fractional consultants can’t do.
Four ways to plug me in.
Most clients start with one of these, then shift between them as needs change. No long lock-ins.
Weekly retainer
Your part-time marketing lead. A set number of hours each week, ongoing strategy and execution, a regular cadence with your team.
Fortnightly or sporadic
For businesses that need senior input on a rhythm but not weekly. Check-ins, monthly campaigns, ad-hoc when things heat up.
Project-based
An event, a campaign, a HubSpot build, a vendor program. Clear scope, clear deliverable, clear price. In, done, out.
Leave cover
Parental leave, long service, extended leave. I step in, keep the engine running, document everything, hand back cleanly.
Suzi Domazet — Founder, dotmaze. Available across ANZ.
Twenty years inside Australian tech.
My channel marketing career started at a global technology distributor — where I got my first exposure to partner-led events, co-marketing proposals, and distributor programs. Since then I’ve spent the better part of two decades building and running marketing operations inside Australian tech companies — with direct reporting lines to C-level throughout.
I’ve managed $1M+ annual marketing budgets, secured $500K+ in vendor MDF year after year, designed HubSpot and Marketo workflows, run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, built ABM programs, and delivered 20+ partner-led events per year with 100% on-time delivery
Outside the day-to-day, I’ve led the annual Govt vs ICT Industry Trivia Night fundraiser in Brisbane for the past three years — 500+ attendees, raising over $250K for TAFE QLD ICT scholarships.
I started dotmaze because the businesses I’d worked with for years kept asking the same question: “Can you just help us, but not full-time?” So here we are.
Let’s see if I’m a fit.
A 20-minute call. No pitch deck, no pressure. You tell me what’s going on, I’ll tell you whether I can help — or who can.
